Residents are allowed to keep suitable
pets within individual flats as long as they do not cause nuisance
or annoyance to other residents.
Guard dogs such as alsations are not suitable pets
to keep within flats.
To avoid causing nuisance or annoyance or distress
to other residents or their pets, dogs should be on leads when taken through communal areas to enter or leave the
individual flat. Other pets should be on leads or otherwise suitably
restrained when taken through communal areas to enter or leave the
individual flat.
Unaccompanied pets are not allowed on the rear terrace
or on walkway balcony areas, fire escapes, internal communal areas
etc.
