95% of all 148 Castle Court leaseholders have upgraded their leases to a 999-year lease term, from 08 November 2004.

5% of leaseholders have chosen to remain on their original leases – assorted 99-year, 125-year & 150-year terms from September 1975.

Not all of the original leases are acceptable to the preferred mortgage providers of current leaseholders or prospective purchasers of flats at Castle Court.
